In that back to work phase after the joys of summer, getting back into a routine can be difficult with so many extra tasks to juggle, and as counter intuitive as it may seem, making time to slow down can help, hugely.
Whether you're completely new to Yin yoga or have been practicing for some time, this FREE online series of sessions are designed to help you wind down at the end of the day.
Yin yoga is amazing for helping to support your nervous system drop into rest and digest, enabling both your physical and mental body to relax. Giving ourselves time at the end of the day to process whatever's on our minds also makes it easier to drift off to sleep, and not stay awake worrying and planning.
Amazing also for our physical health, improving flexibility and joint health, Yin has a whole host of benefits. A passive style of yoga done mainly seated and lying you don't need any special equipment, just a couple of cushions, a blanket and a comfy space to work in.
Over 5 days we'll explore this magic practice together, carving out time for yourself daily. Come give it a whirl and see what a positive impact it can make ~ there's nothing to lose! We'll also explore yoga nidra meditation, journaling and more in our journey home to ourselves and finding our inner calm. Absolutely no yoga, meditation or journaling experience is required ~ just an open mind and a willing to take part.
