Want to enjoy the benefits of yoga but find the physical aspect challenging because of it being mat based? Chair yoga could be just the solution! After years of sharing chair yoga for social prescribing, workplace wellness programs and beyond I've seen firsthand how it can help people with reduced mobility and chronic conditions access the practice and deal with pain management and it is wonderful.



Join us for a 7 week course exploring chair yoga and mindful movement, breath work and meditation to deepen your connection with mind, body and spirit. The benefits of yoga are far reaching and include improved strength and flexibility, self esteem and emotional resilience, better posture and sleep and so much more.


The sessions will be held in a friendly, warm and spacious environment, where questions will be encouraged. There will also be time at the end of the sessions to stay and have a cup of tea and a catch up to foster a sense of community and connection.
