October: In Person Yoga Sessions

Yoga By the Water @ Wildside Actitvity Centre, Sat 22nd Oct, 2:30-3:30pm

On Saturday 22nd October I'll be sharing a gentle & accessible 'Yoga by the Water' session from 2:30-3:30pm at Wildside Activity Centre in Wolverhampton. Wolves canal & the Smestow Valley nature trail are my fave places in Wolves so it's a pleasure to share this class in such a lovely spot at this tranquil centre based just off Hordern Rd.

The session will be a gentle mat based flow welcoming in autumn, and suitable for all including beginners. Join us for some 'me time' and stay afterwards for a cuppa & a catch up ~ spaces are just £5 ~ call the centre on 01902 754612 to book.

Autumnal Yang & Yin Workshop Collab @ Stourport, Sat 15th Oct, 6-8pm

Want to dedicate an evening to nurturing yourself this autumn? Join Victoria of Wild Love Yoga & I as we guide you through a warming yet soothing Yang to Yin session to celebrate autumn.

Embracing the changing of the seasons and the synergy between our teaching styles and different yoga modalities, we’ll weave together a journey of the self, to the self, through the self with movement, breath work and meditation.

Expect to leave feeling energised and rejuvenated yet calm, the perfect tonic for a Saturday evening as the early nights draw in.
