It's been a whole year since we began Monday night Slow Flow classes at Bradmore Community Centre, and we're still going strong! I'm so grateful for the wonderful community of yogis that has formed and is ever evolving as we continue to delve into our yoga practice.
The format for these classes (which run Mondays 6:15-7:30pm) has changed as we approach our next start in September. From this point onwards only block booking for these sessions will be available, booking the whole term in advance.

This increased level of commitment benefits everyone, fostering deeper levels of connection with the group, allowing us to dive deeper into various yogic topics and build on our practice in a more consistent way.
The next term dates will be:
Sept/Oct : Monday 4th September ~ Mon 17th October (Fully booked w wait list)
Theme: Foundations of Yoga & The Five Vayus
One week break for half term
Oct/Dec: Monday 31st October - Monday 12th December (Bookings open Oct)
Two weeks break for Christmas

I'm delighted to share that the September term filled up within 24 hours of the dates being released, and there is currently a wait list - if you would like to be added to this please send me an email.
Those in the current cohort will have first access to the next term slots, but for any remaining slots these will first be shared with the WWM mailing list before being publicized to all on social media etc. Join the mailing community via the home page (and receive a free grounding meditation too when signing up!).
