About the Event
Want to explore movement and touch in a whole new way? Join us for what will hopefully be an ongoing monthly class + jam. No dance experience or flexibility is required, just an open mind and desire to participate!
Format
The session will comprise of:
A one hour class focusing on basic principles of CI like weight sharing and touch, both with the environment eg the floor + other people.
A one hour 'jam' where you are free to move however you like, putting the new found principles into action or simply expressing in whatever way moves you/observing. You do not need to be dancing/moving the whole time and can take breaks as and when you wish!
