Winter asks us to slow down, soften, and turn inward, yet so often we push on regardless. Join us for a 6 week online series created as an invitation to rest deeply, release tension, and honour the quieter rhythms of the season. Each 75 minute session offers long-held, supported Yin postures, simple breath awareness, and spacious pauses to settle the nervous system. Practices are slow, grounding, and accessible, with options offered throughout. No prior Yin experience is needed. This series is especially supportive if you’re feeling tired, overstimulated, emotionally full, or simply craving a steady weekly space to exhale. Friday evenings become a gentle threshold ~ a way to close the week and step into the weekend feeling held rather than depleted. What to expect: Slow, floor-based Yin poses held for several minutes with gentle guidance, breath awareness, and seasonal themes, we’ll nourish joints and fascia while cultivating emotional spaciousness and inner warmth. This course will help you: ✨ Activate the parasympathetic 'rest and digest' response, reducing stress and anxiety. ✨ Promote better sleep + overall calm through mindful breathing and stillness. ✨ Encourage regulation and resilience through slow, conscious movement. ✨ Cultivate the energy of letting go, both physically and emotionally. ✨ Encourage deep rest, reflection, and a stronger connection to self. ✨ Hydrate fascia, open joints, and release stored tension in the body. ✨ Honour a weekly pause for self-inquiry and re-connection during a busy season. ✨ Strengthen intuition and body awareness by learning to listen deeply. ✨ Builds a rhythm of consistent rest and restoration. ✨ Learn tools to carry mindfulness into daily life beyond the mat. ✨ Stay accountable with community connection and shared stillness in a supportive environment.
