Back by popular demand, Seasonal Rest is a deeply nourishing collection of 75-minute yin yoga sessions designed to support you in harmony with the natural rhythms of autumn. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), autumn is associated with the Metal element, governed by the Lungs and Large Intestine. It is a season of release, reflection, and renewal ~ just as the trees let go of their leaves, we too are invited to let go of what no longer serves us and make space for clarity and purpose. Through long-held yin postures, breath awareness + stillness, this course will help you: ✨ Support + strengthen the Lung meridian (boosting immunity, breath, and vitality). ✨ Balance the Large Intestine meridian (healthy digestion, detoxification, and emotional release). ✨ Cultivate the energy of letting go, both physically and emotionally. ✨ Encourage deep rest, reflection, and a stronger connection to self. ✨ Hydrate fascia, open joints, and release stored tension in the body. Each week, you’ll be guided through a grounding practice that blends the wisdom of the season, yin yoga postures, and reflective themes to help you feel calm, balanced, and aligned as we move deeper into autumn. 📍 Course Details 5 weekly sessions, each 75 minutes Live on Zoom, join from the comfort of your home Sessions are recorded + available for replay for a week after Seasonal focus: Autumn / Metal Element / Lung & Large Intestine Gentle + accessible ~ suitable for all levels, no prior yin experience needed
