7-Week Online Container | Weekly 90-Min Live Sessions + Recordings Step gently into your body this spring. This is a 7-week online container created to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and presence. Through soft, intentional belly dance and somatic practices, you’ll be invited to move, feel, and awaken at your own pace in a way that feels nourishing, held yet liberating, and deeply personal. This container is not about learning choreography or performing for anyone. It’s about listening to your body, moving from curiosity and presence, and letting yourself be fully held in your own rhythm. 🌷 What You’ll Experience ~ Simple, grounded belly dance movements to awaken your hips, belly, and spine ~ Gentle somatic practices to release tension and reconnect with sensation ~ Guided prompts to support reflection and presence 90-minute weekly live sessions, fully recorded so you can revisit the practices anytime. This is a small, intimate space, designed for participants who want to move into spring feeling present, alive, and aligned with their body. 🌿 Who This is For This container is for you if you: + Want to feel more connected to your body and breath + Desire a gentle, guided way to move and awaken presence + Appreciate intimate, supportive spaces rather than large groups or public performance + Are ready to step lightly into your own rhythm this spring No previous dance experience is needed, just your body, your breath, and a willingness to be present. 💫 Practical Details Duration: 7 weeks, starting Tuesday 24th February, 7:30-9pm Format: Weekly 90-minute live online sessions + recordings for up to 2 months after Group size: Limited to 7 participants to keep the space intimate Investment: £195 FAQ Q: Do I need any dance experience? A: Not at all. This container is about connecting with your body, breath, and presence. You only need your body, curiosity, and willingness to move in a gentle, supportive space. Q: What if I can’t make a live session? A: All sessions are recorded. You can watch and move along at your own pace if you can’t attend live but are strongly encouraged to watch/participate with the sessions in order. Q: What should I wear? A: Comfortable clothing you can move freely in that makes you feel good. You are welcome to wear a skirt or not and do not need any special attire. You will be asked to have a couple of scarves to hand too.
