Yule innerdance Journey

Join us as the wheel of the year turns to the winter equinox and we retreat into the depths of the earth to tend to the bare bones of what is truly important and alive within us. The soundscape we'll journey with will be created around this energetic peak.

Hard to put into words & articulate in a cognitive way, innerdance is a unique somatic sound meditation/trance like journey, an earth based energy or remembering where the eyes are closed but the heart is gently opened through the use of different sounds, frequencies and brain waves. We start with eyes closed lying and then allow the music to guide us and all forms of expression are welcome: sometimes people move a lot, other times hardly at all. Each journey is entirely unique for each person every time and you always receive exactly what you need.
