Yoga Hike July: Long Mynd

🌿 Looking for a chance to get out of the city and into some of the most spectacular beautiful local surrounds with like minded people? Join us for our popular returning Yoga Hikes! This route is through Carding Mill Valley, taking in beautiful views of the Long Mynd and surrounding Shropshire hills. 

🌿 We've lovingly created a whole day itinerary to nurture body, mind and soul through connection with self and others. We'll begin with a grounding, summer themed Hatha/Vinyasa flow followed by a hike, a hillside meditation, lunch with a view, further walking and a short cake break (essential) before a final wander and yin yoga session to wind down.

We can't think of a better way to spend the day!
