Spring Equinox Yin & Sound Healing

Feeling as though you need to shake off those winter cobwebs? 

Join us at the beginning of the season for a full physical & energetic spring clean! 

Over the eveing we'll deeply yet gently explore the themes of rejuvenation & renewal through a Yin yoga lens. Through an extended Yin yoga session dedicated to the liver & gallbladder meridians or energetic channels correlating with the season, we'll work on stimulating the energy flow throughout the body with some long seated and lying poses. Mentally we'll contemplate the seeds we want to be sowing for the rest of the year - an excellent time to slow down, rest and unwind. 

The incredibly talented Andrea Baines will also be joining us for the evening to close the workshop with a vocal sound healing session ~ all you'll need to do is lie back and allow the magical melodies to wash over you. Treat your ears to some of her soothing sounds here. 

Absolutely no previous yoga or meditation experience is required.
