After the deep cocoon of the dark winter months come glimmers of hope and warmth as the light starts to return ~ dedicate a day to beginning to fully emerge for the new astrological year as we move into spring. Reignite your inner spark and dreams for the year ahead and connect with like minded community in a friendly and warm container, nurturing yourself on every level with movement, relaxation, journaling, pampering and so much more.
Our lovingly curated itinerary is as follows:
🌸 10:30am - 11am: Tea + welcome circle

🌸 11am - midday: Uplifting yoga flow
