🎶 Sound Bath ~ 20th July

Take some time out for yourself and embrace some relaxation with this sound bath + guided meditation session. Get comfortable and lay (or sit) back as Marie guides you into a deeply restful state using Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls and other instruments. As well as the sound bath you'll receive gentle verbal guidance to help relieve any lingering tension from the physical + energetic bodies. The perfect way to enter meditative states, have some 'me time' and switch off, no meditation experience is required (this is a great introduction to meditation).
