Somatic Yoga Journey ~ Fundraiser

As the call of spring grows stronger, the body begins to whisper back...a thawing of what was frozen and hibernating, a stirring beneath the surface. Join us for this evening of deeply nourishing the kidneys with this somatic yoga journey - also the perfect prelude to bed. When we slow down and make space to connect with our kidneys we can gain more clarity, full body ease and vitality...making the road ahead a little clearer and easier to walk as spring beckons us into her enthusiastic and warm embrace.

This session is a fundraiser with all proceeds going towards Marie attending a specialist yoga for cancer training. Suggested donation is £10+ but you are welcome to give as you can.
