About the Event
Join Ingrid + Marie ahead of their retreat in Peru in 2025 for a cosy, intimate evening combining movement, relaxation and ceremony to connect with and harmonise the root and heart chakras.
🌹The Root Chakra (Muladhara) and Heart Chakra (Anahata) work together to help us form meaningful connections and open our hearts from a place of strength and authenticity. The Root Chakra, located at the base of the spine, leads our sense of stability, security, and connection to the physical world. It represents our foundation and survival needs, grounding us in safety. The Heart Chakra, located in the chest, is linked to love, compassion, and emotional openness, bridging the physical and spiritual chakras.
💗 Our workshop will focus on yoga + meditation for the Root and Heart Chakras, helping us align both physical and emotional energies through specific postures that allow the prana in these energy centers to flow freely.…
