NY Inner Dance Journey

Join us for a magical evening to close the year with meditation, movement and sharing. Taking place in the beautiful Yurt at Little Earth Centre we'll start with some reflective meditation on the year gone by before being guided into a state of relaxation. 

The Inner Dance process will then take you on a journey like no other as you dance with eyes closed, heart awake. Very hard to put into words, Inner Dance is a unique somatic sound journey, a shamanic experience or remembering where everything can become illuminated and transformation is possible.
