Marches Movement Fundraiser

Join us for a beautiful summer afternoon of movement, connection + relaxation at the new site we're hoping to create a open a yoga and wellness space at this September. There'll be:

🌿 2-3pm Outdoor Yoga: A gentle, mat based outdoor yoga session in the garden to unwind and connect with your body and the season of summer through breath, movement and stillness. No yoga experience is needed, please BYO mat.

🌿 3-4pm Chance to enjoy the garden and refreshments from the wonderful on site cafe, serving 100 House coffee and more

🌿 4-5pm A relaxing sound bath indoors in one of the upstairs studios to thoroughly relax and unwind. This is suitable for everybody except those with pacemakers.

This is a fundraiser to support the Marches Movement CIC campaign to create an inclusive yoga studio at Gather and deliver a program of free + heavily subsidised yoga sessions making…
