Galentine's Women's Circle

🌹 It may not be in line with the lunar calendar but Valentine's day is a good excuse to top up our self love practices with some time with our sisters! Come spoil yourself for an evening of connection with yourself and others and through movement, ritual, play & resting. 

🌹There'll be journalling, ceremonial cacao. embodied movement with some yoga + dance, sharing and connection in a warm, loving environment and finally a sound bath to relax and finish it all off. So good you'll want to cancel your plans with your boo + invest all your energy in you ~ and let's face it, our relationship with ourselves is the one that will outlast all, so let's cherish it and nurture ourselves fully.

🌹Everyone identifying as a woman is welcome to join, please  snacks to share and anything you'd like to add to our self love altar for the evening ~ think crystals, talismans with loving intentions etc (you take it home after!).
