Full Moon AbunDANCE 🌕 Online FUNdraiser

Join us in the midst of Leo season to welcome in all of the love, joy and abundance with an online circle. Opening with some grounding and journaling, we'll then share an Awakened Belly Dance session focusing particularly on the heart chakra, working our way up from the root. How can we embody even more compassion, warmth and courage that the Leo archetype is so well known for? Following the dancing there will be chance to ground and share.

This is open to everybody - no dance experience is required and Awakened Belly Dance isn't like 'traditional' belly dance, it is not choreographed or performative and works with the energies of the chakras. You don't have to wear a money skirt etc but can if it makes you feel good! The practice is suitable for everybody except pregnant folk, and can be adapted to a chair if needed.
