Following the success of our first fully booked Yoga Hike event in August and our sold out first October date we are delighted to share this event with you.
🌿 Looking for a chance to get out of the city and into some of the most spectacular beautiful local surrounds with like minded people? Join us on our Yoga Hike: Shropshire Hills: October Edition!
🌿 We've lovingly created a whole day itinerary to nurture body, mind and soul through connection with self and others. Â Â Â Â We'll begin with a grounding Yin/Yang yoga and meditation session, followed by a hike, lunch with a view, a walking meditation, coffee and cake and a final wander.Â
🌿 Please BYO lunch, yoga mat (you won't have to walk with this, there will be chance to drop it back at your car before we start the hike), water, picnic blanket, change for a drink if you'd like one from the cafe to go with your cake (and face mask to wear when using cafe/toilet).Â
Our MEETING LOCATION is at 'The Bog' Visitor Centre carpark - from here we'll drive to another nearby location with free all day parking. Meeting point details and other information will be sent to you in your confirmation email on booking. Some other FAQS are also answered below.

14:20-16:00 ~ Hiking
16:00-16:30 ~ Tea, cake (we provide the cake!) & closing circleÂ

🌿 FAQÂ
~ Do I need yoga/meditation experience? Â Â
No, the yoga and meditation sessions will be completely guided and suitable for everyone, from those who have never practiced yoga before to seasoned practitioners. Â Â
 ~Do I need to be good at hiking?Â
Not particularly, the route will be approximately 6 miles round trip and we'll be going at a steady pace, with breaks when needed. You do need a fairly good fitness level to take part but you don't need to be a hiking pro. Â Â Â Â
~Do I need to wear hiking boots?Â
If you have them, wonderful, if not trainers with a good tread can also work. Â Â Â Â
~ Are there toilet facilities?Â
There will be no toilet facilities en route- just the great outdoors!Â
~ COVID Secure Precautions ~
To comply with the latest guidelines we are taking the following precautions:  ~ Social distancing to be adhered to at all times, masks to be worn in any toilets, cafes etc.   ~  Contact details including name, telephone number and postcode to be  recorded for each participant and stored for 21 days re track and trace -  participants must co-operate with track & trace post event if  necessary.  ~ Hand sanitiser will be provided & used on arrival pre eating etc.  ~ We ask people with any Covid symptons in the last 14 days not to attend.
