Autumn Inner Dance Journey

Join us as the wheel of the year turns towards the darkness of autumn and winter and we celebrate Samhain, when the veil is the most thin between the material and spirit world. A potent time for connecting with your heart and illuminating your path for the coming months, allow Inner Dance to guide you.

Very hard to put into words, Inner Dance is a unique somatic sound journey, a shamanic experience or remembering where the eyes are closed but the heart is gently opened through the use of different sounds, frequencies and brain waves. 

It is not dancing as you know it! Everything is done with eyes closed, and all emotion is welcome. The session will end with grounding, returning, sharing and snacking.

About your facilitator: 

Equally interested in stillness and movement, the magic and the mundane and the  thread weaving the stories of our lives which is both, Marie loves to dance. Following her Awakened Belly Dance facilitator training and initiaition in the Sinai Desert in Sept 2021 with Katie Holland, things have never quite been the same...in the best possible way. Marie undertook her Inner Dance facilitator training in Sept 2022 and continues to learn and grow with this incredible modality week by week.
