Join us as the wheel of the year turns to autumn equinox ~ a time for reaping the harvest of summer + deciding what is to fall away before we enter the colder, darker months and seasons. It's time to seperate the wheat from the chaff ~ what in your life isn't making the grade?

Hard to put into words & articulate in a cognitive way, innerdance is a unique somatic sound meditation, a shamanic experience/earth based energy or remembering where the eyes are closed but the heart is gently opened through the use of different sounds, frequencies and brain waves. We start with eyes closed lying and then allow the music to guide us. Sometimes people move a lot, other times hardly at all. You are not told how to move, but allow the music to guide you.
