30th June Sound Bath w Drum Journey ~ Wolves

Take some time out for yourself with this sound bath session. Get comfortable and lay (or sit) back as Marie guides you into a deeply restful state using Himalayan singing bowls and other instruments. This sound bath will also include a drum journey where you are guided by the drum to another space to meet your animal or spirit guides. The perfect way to enter meditative states, have some 'me time' and switch off, no meditation experience is required (this is a great introduction to meditation). 

This is suitable for everybody 16+ except pregnant folk and those with epilepsy.

Please bring a yoga mat to lie on, a blanket, cushion and anything else that makes you feel comfy ie eye pillow. 

There is free parking on site + toilet facilities.
