Spring Cleanse: Yang Yoga Flow & Morning Routines
Sat 19th March ~ 8:30-9:30am

Join us for an energizing yoga flow to create heat in the body and leave you feeling refreshed & cleansed. Expect a playful blend of asana (mindful movement) pranayam (breath work) and more.

 

This will be followed by some tips on creating a sustainable morning routine that works for you to support you off your yoga mat.

Spring Soothing: Yin Yoga Flow & Seasonal Journaling
Sun 20th March ~ 4 - 5:15pm

As exciting as the rising energy of spring can be, we also want to keep our energy levels stable and grounded to prevent burn out.. Treat yourself to a soothing yin yoga session to ease tension from body & mind.

 

This will be followed by some journaling to reflect on the coming season & invite more clarity and ease into the coming weeks.

🌸 I haven't practiced yoga before, can I join?

​

Absolutely! Different modifications will be offered throughout. The emphasis will be on listening to your body always and taking the appropriate option for you.

🌸 I haven't practiced meditation/journaling before, can I join?

​

Yes! All you need is a desire to join.

​

🌸 I can't make the live but I'd still like to join, is this possible?

​

Yes, each live session will be recorded on zoom (participants will not be recorded) with the replay sent out for 24 hour replay after the live. Please register to receive the replays.
