Snowdonia Weekend Retreat

Fri 13th - Sun 15th May, 2022

Want to join us on the ultimate weekend adventure to reignite your inner spark? Come explore forests, mountains, beaches & inner landscapes on a journey homewards to self.

Picture the scene: It’s Friday afternoon and you’re driving through deep green forests, following a winding road meandering through mountains, dotted with sheep and the signs of spring turning into summer. A sense of ease starts to creep into your bones as you exhale a little deeper, a little more spaciously as you breathe in the crisp countryside air.

You reach your destination - a beautifully designed farmhouse with earth to sky windows overlooking the ocean, forest and mountain - and a sense of delight turns your lips upwards.

Inside your new home a warm welcome awaits, with smiling faces, a cosy bed and a welcome gift just for you.

After settling in with a bath, or onto the sofa with a cup of tea and meeting the other beautiful people present, you join together with a welcome nourishing meal, freshly prepared with seasonal organic produce. Feeling full and content, you gather with everyone to help co-create the magical container which is the cocoon of the retreat space and the transformative time that lies ahead.

Over the course of the weekend you’ll have the chance to re-cultivate or stoke your inner spark, zest and enthusiasm for life through a lovingly curated program, in part Yin and Yang. As spring moves towards summer and you shake the slumber of the last two years from your tired, weary bones and brow, this is the perfect opportunity to reignite your vitality and sense of self.
