Join us for a mat based course focusing on the foundations of your yoga practice, from breath work to meditation and physical poses. Suitable for those wanting to start their yoga journey or refine their current practice, this is a friendly class open to all. The atmosphere in these community classes are relaxed and friendly ~ people are encouraged to ask questions if needed and are offered verbal feedback. Consent is always obtained before offering physical adjustments, and different options are always provided for physical postures. *JOIN US FOR A FREE TASTER SESSION FRI 6th JAN 9:30-10:30AM* Important info: ~Yoga mat and props (blocks and a belt) are not provided, please bring your own. A full length yoga mat is advised (as opposed to a shorter fitness mat) ~ please email Marie if you would like a full list of recommendations. ~Spaces are limited to a maximum of 15 to ensure you all receive adequate guidance. ~Classes are bookable in term format only, this is for the term starting Fri 13th Jan & ending Fri 24th Feb. There will be no 'rolling over' of classes or partial refunds if you are unable to attend any of the sessions. If you would like to join part way through the term please email Marie to see if there are any spaces available to do so ~ you will be required to block book the remainder of the sessions that term. ~There are toilet facilities on site and ample free parking, the address is : Room 4, The Institute, Wood Rd, Tettenhall Wood, Wolverhampton WV6 8NF.
