Service Description
Expect mindful movement, meditation, breath work and a long relaxation to set you up for the rest of the week and leave you feeling calm and energised. The atmosphere in these community classes are relaxed and friendly. Committing to a whole term helps you see the benefits of your practice, progress further and also helps foster a deeper sense of community. :) People are encouraged to ask questions if needed and are offered verbal feedback. Consent is always obtained before offering physical adjustments, and different options are offered for all levels of practitioner. Please note the last one or two classes will be covered by amazing teacher Ingrid as Marie will be traveling at the end of the month. Important info: ~Yoga mat and props (blocks and a belt) are not provided, please bring your own. ~Spaces are limited to ensure you all receive adequate guidance. ~This is for the term starting Mon 7th July and running 4 consecutive weeks until Mon 28th July. ~ If you would like to join part way through the term please email Marie to see if there are any spaces available to do so. ~There are toilet facilities on site and ample parking, the address is : Bradmore Community Centre, Birches Barn Rd, Wolverhampton WV3 7BW ~ we are in the second white hall on the right hand side (labelled the 'small hall') when driving in. ~All students are required to fill out a health questionnaire before their first session: https://forms.gle/1Psiu7K41v785abJ7 If you have any queries don't hesitate to contact Marie via email: wildwofmovement@gmail.com
