Service Description

Start your day feeling energised, clear and focused with these short but sweet live, bi-weekly yoga sessions. These will be mat based, fluid practices to shake off sleep and step into your day calmer and clearer. Expect mindful movement, focus on the breath and more. All sessions will be recorded and available for replay up to 7 days after, meaning you can re-watch at whatever time suits you and as many times as you wish within that time frame. This block of sessions is 8x30 mins from 7-7:30am on Tuesdays + Thursdays starting Tues 8th April and ending Thurs 1st May (all dates listed below). This is perfect for those: + Wanting to work on the magic ingredient of consistency in their practice + Keen to start a home practice that encourages them to do little and often + Who prefer a mat based practice with more focus on movement + Who want to feel energised and build up a morning routine that supports the rest of their day Classes will cater to all levels of practitioner but are not suitable for pregnant folk.
