Gentle Yoga ~ Cleobury North

Service Description

Join us for a friendly, gentle, mat based yoga class combining mindful movement, breath and relaxation to help you connect more deeply with mind, body and spirit. Yoga has so many benefits: helping maintain and tend to your mental health and manage stress, anxiety, depression, improving your physical strength and flexibility, and also emotionally helping you self regulate and better connect with yourself and others. The atmosphere in these community classes are relaxed and friendly ~ people are encouraged to ask questions if needed and are offered verbal feedback. Consent is always obtained before offering physical adjustments, and different options are always provided for physical postures. You don't need to have any yoga or meditation experience to join, or be flexible! Important info: ~Yoga mat and props (blocks and a belt) are not provided, please bring your own. A full length yoga mat is advised (as opposed to a shorter fitness mat). ~Spaces are limited to ensure you receive adequate guidance. This term runs weekly from Weds 7th May ~ Weds 18th June (7 sessions total). There will be no 'rolling over' of classes or partial refunds if you are unable to attend any of the sessions. Drop in spaces can be booked subject to availability. If you would like to join part way through the term & block book the remainder of it to receive the discounted rate please email Marie to see if there are any spaces available to do so. ~There is ample free parking available at the car park in front of the building.
