VINYASA FLOW

Loosely translated the Sanskrit word ‘vinyasa’ means ‘to place in a special way’, and this is the aim of Marie’s vinyasa flow classes - to unite your mind, body and breath through flowing, spacious movement.
Excellent for strengthening your physical body, calming the mind and introducing a sense of integration of mind, body and spirit. Adaptable for all bodies and levels of experience and usually accompanied by music. Classes are typically 60-75 mins.

HATHA YOGA

Hatha Yoga is the foundational style of yoga which all other styles stem from. Rooted in alignment and a through, traditional approach, 'Hatha' means sun and moon, and aims to balance and harmonise the masculine & feminine energies in the body.
Suitable for all levels of practitioner and particularly great for beginners, classes are typically 60-75 mins long & incorporate asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), mudra (hand seals or gestures) and bhandas (energetic seals or locks).

YIN YOGA

A very slow style of yoga where we hold each pose for a number of minutes, Yin is a beautiful practice to incorporate into your weekly routine, balancing out more dynamic yoga or exercise and targeting the deep layers of fascia or connective tissue within the body.

By slowly stressing the fascia we improve our circulation, flexibility and range of movement, and allow the body to truly relax and release tension. Classes start from 60 minutes although 75-90 minute classes provide the optimum amount of time for  exploration and impact.

ZEN THAI SHIATSU

Zen Thai Shiatsu is a movement based therapy looking at asana or movement through the lens of the 5 elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine, weaving Qi Gong and body work into a fluid vinyasa flow with solo, partner & group yoga.


Suitable for all levels of practitioner this fosters an amazing sense of connection and fun, and works well both as a class or a workshop. Classes are from 60-75 minutes and workshops are 90-120 minutes. 

YOGA NIDRA MEDITATION

Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a type of guided meditation that is done lying (or seated). You are guided from the external surroundings to your inner landscape, exploring the subconscious and getting to know yourself on an even deeper level.


One hour of yoga nidra is the equivalent of four hours deep sleep, making it the perfect rest for any time of your day. Classes are from 30-60 minutes.

WOMEN'S CIRCLES

A women’s circle provides a safe space for women to come together and feel seen and heard. Crafted around a central theme, meditation, breath work and intention setting, they provide a much needed space for women to connect with themselves and each other without judgement. Sessions last 90-120 minutes.

PRIVATE 1-2-1 OR SMALL GROUP SESSIONS

Delve deeper into your yoga practice with a personalised class in the comfort of your own home/chosen space or at my home studio in Wolverhampton.


Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or completely new to yoga, this offers you the chance to take your practice to the next level by giving you the individualized attention and advice you need.

Style & length of class is completely up to you, tailored to your needs. Classes start at 60 minutes.

YOGA & MEDITATION WORKSHOPS

Yoga & meditation workshops tailored to your audience for private/public events encouraging a sense of connection, mindful movement, physical mental and emotional well being.


Length and content are completely adaptable, drawing on all of the skills listed above and more. Duration from 60 minutes, 120 mins recommended.

Bespoke yoga, meditation and mindfulness sessions combining any of the above services and more, delivered in the comfort of your own office space.

ECSTATIC DANCE

Ecstatic dance is a movement based celebration of life, a joyous way to connect with yourself and others through free movement.

Sessions last from 90-120 mins and even longer, and are a conscious, creative alternative to your typical evening out.

REIKI SESSION

Reiki is an energy healing technique where the practitioner channels universal energy to a second person, helping clear and balance any energetic blocks.

I have currently completed my Level 1 USUI Reiki Practitioner course & will soon be completing my level 2 which allows me to deliver sessions to others.
