Wild Wolf Movement offers chair based yoga classes either online or on site (West Midlands based). Chair yoga is an accessible form of exercise also catering to those with limited mobility.

Benefits of chair yoga include:

  • Helping manage stress, anxiety and other mental health issues

We recommend implementing weekly classes to allow those participating to really begin to enjoy the benefits chair based yoga has to offer, but also offer one off sessions for special events.
